I recently decided to replace the counter tops in my kitchen. I ended up using Ultra Form as they were close to my home, but that was definitely a mistake. First of all, they didn't show the first day they were supposed to measure. Then it took 4 days for them to return any phone calls. They came out to measure and then a couple of weeks later, after multiple phone calls attempting to find out the status of the counter tops, they called back to schedule the install. Two workers arrived 35 minutes after their scheduled arrival time, both smelling very strongly of marijuana, enough so that it made my entire kitchen reek. I work from home and my office is very close to my kitchen so I heard everything going on during the install. First, I kept hearing comments from the workers about how

I needed laminate counter tops, but these look so much better than buying in a store. They look like a million bucks!!
