The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and communicate well. I always receive a 24hr notice via text before they arrive to spray our lawn. They are helpful in answering all of our questions before and after our lawn treatments. We especially like the summary of services that they leave in our door after each treatment that shares with us exactly what was done, what type of weeds were found and what could be improved upon to strengthen our lawn. I love the tips left in the summary on mowing and how tall the grass should be mowed depending on the season. Nick is our guy that does our lawn treatments and he does everything I ask. I have 10 large flower beds and he is extremely conscientious and careful when spraying around them. Ryan, the manager for our area, stopped by one day in person

I am writing to let you know how happy we are with the work performed by Alex and Jordan. Beyond the removal of the existing bushes, great care was taken deciding upon the placement and best position for each of the 4 Red Twig Dogwoods. They welcomed my feedback and I was glad to have been part of the process. Their communication regarding the care of these bushes was great too and much appreciated. I have attached some pictures because a picture is worth…the results speak for themselves.

I have been a Ultra Lawn customer several years now and my lawn has gone from a patchy, weed infested disappointment before enlisting UL and now my lawn is a beautiful site to see every time I turn onto my street to see my beautiful green carpet. Every regular application service is followed up with a written explanation of the application formula, any observed problems such as weeds, watering suggestion, and special application action directed at invasive plants. Also, if I observe any weed infestation between applications, UL will make a special no charge visit to address the problem.

We have relied on Ultralawn to maintain our yard for years and it has never looked better. After every application we get a detailed report on our lawn. Their staff are great and always reapto answer questions. We went through several other lawn services before Ultralawn, but now we’re very satisfied.

We have been using UltraLawn for a few years now. This is the 3rd company we have used in the 17 years we have had the house. Our grass looks green and is nice and thick. Each time they come for an application, they come to the door with the bill but also include a piece of paper that tells you what the application was for and how you can help maximize it’s effectiveness. The guys are always friendly and knowledgeable when I have questions. Unfortunately for them, I’m that customer who has questions just about every time they come. :) Last thing worth mentioning-when we started using them we had let the lawn lapse for a few years and it was full of weeds-nearly solely weeds in the backyard. It looked great after the first year even though they said it could take two years to see the result
