Customer Reviews
A customer of ours really liked her concrete bowl - everything about it she loved. Then is cracked and she wanted a replacement under warranty. The company said that they would make her another bowl and she had to pay the shipping. She did - last fall. However, since no one has been able to reach anyone at Ultramix, the customer is disgusted and wants her shipping refunded. We send emails, leave voice messages and send faxes - no response. It would be nice if you made that bowl and shipped it at your expense since she has waited months for her new bowl.
