Uncle's Oil Co

This company does not pick up or return calls durning normal business hours. Many times they never show up on scheduled delivery days. Just overall unreliable and poorly managed business.

My oil ran out on Christmas I called my regular oil company who I've been with for years. They told me I should have kept up with oil meter ... And that they could not get to me for 5 days........ .. that was scary I called uncles oil and this angel picks up the phone sick as a dog, takes the time to hear my issues and promises me that she will have oil to me in two hours and she did. I am so thankful and will a customer from now on thank you and God bless

We had an oil company that never showed up never called us to tell us they took us of their route! With no oil left and the snow storm coming we called around and no one would come out. We called Uncle’s and they were here with in 30 minutes! Thank you so much!!

Uncle’s Oil has been my go to oil delivery company for years now. The first time I had reached out to them was the first month in my new house, I had no clue how oil delivery worked and they walked me through it. One particularily lazy winter I let my oil run out and I woke up at 5:00AM to a 45 degree house. Uncles Oil came right over within an hour and had my system back up and running (5:00AM last minute call in the dead of winter and they were still there!) I really appreciate the effort they go through and am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Customer service is not this companies priority. I call the night before requesting delivery and was told it would be delivered in the morning they never came so I left. They came while I was out so I called back. The owner tried to yell at me and became rude and acted as if they could care less about my concerns. If you value your hard earned money and want to be treated as a human being please do NOT use this company. They are rude unprofessional and just don’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money and if I could I wouldn’t give any Stars horrible place. I'm pretty sure the high ratings are coming from family or friends because there is no way they are real customers.
