Victor (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable. This is my first time ever filing a homeowners insurance claim and it was due to hail and wind. I did not realize how much of a pain and hassle it was to deal with homeowners insurance companies! They try to fight you tooth and nail to get anything approved and even then try not to pay what it actually costs. I couldn’t have done it alone I would’ve been shut down fast and been left to cover the rest which I probably couldn’t have afforded.
