Under the Sun pools

I have nothing but good things to say about Under the Sun. Sarah and Joel are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to help solve any issues you may have. We tried some other pool stores around town before going to them and once we found them, we've never turned back! If you're looking for great service and answers to your questions about your pool, this is the place to go!

Sarah is a great and very polite! She knows her stuff and will never sell you anything you don't need. She truly looks out for the little guy. I would recommend her and her husband for any pool issues or new installs absolutely the best around!!

Great service until after the sale. Within the first season my chlorinator and my timer both went out and because she didn't itemize them on the receipt, they were not covered and I had to purchase new. Following Sarah's instructions to a T I now have a horrible stain on my liner all the way around my pool. The chlorinator was set up by her husband and after that it never worked and she forced me to buy a $12 o-ring for a brand new chlorinator and then when that didn't work she wanted me to buy another one. Sarah will be rude, she will give you contradicting instructions every time you go and see her and if you're new to pools, I beg you to not follow her instructions or you will end up with green hair and a horribly stained liner.
