Well, I would like to share my experiences with underground water resources I am of manager of our company, housing and we have 24 houses in West Texas to Inn, San Antonio and quite a few others in the western United States one of our houses in San Antonio has a well with the water tank and a pump so there are three things that can go wrong when they do and we’ve had quite the share of problems with the system once we got underground water resources on site they have helped take care of the problems that we’ve been having and continue to have. They have really good and knowledgeable people working for them. They work long and late night hours sometimes to get the water flowing into their customers we have had them out multiple times because of different issues, but they are on site and the

Gave them $12000 in early May with a promise of two weeks. Lies, lies, excuses,excuses! We had to haul water till August listening to their bull while they made money on our deposit. Finally here two weeks ago and then within a week asking for rest of money! Where's my interest on our $12000? These people are crooks.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID FOR NEW WELL INSTALLATIONS!!! 1st, it took 2+ weeks to do a task that, according to other local drilling companies, should take a maximum of 1 week in my area. Clay soil and sand is not that difficult to drill. Apparently, inadequate staffing due to COVID is an excusable reason for delays. Why would a business accept work assignments if they are understaffed?? I was told on multiple calls by Samantha, the office coordinator, that UWR did not have “a CDL driver to move the equipment". I didn't believe that all and I don't understand how a well drilling business doesn't! 2nd, they are full of LIES! On multiple occasions, I was told by Samantha, technicians would arrive on X date, but no one showed. I took two unpaid days off from work to meet them onsite and for nothing.

Wish we would’ve done our homework before hiring these people. Since we got our water well installed, it has been nothing but problems. We resorted to trying to get a hold of the owner, but each time we are given an excuse as to why he can’t be reached at the moment. It has been issue after issue. I will say that they attempted to “fix” the well once but problems still persist. Of course they will come back with “as per the contract” verbiage but they should’ve done the job right the first time. As you can see by the picture, water is horrendous. We deal with this at least once a week. Our filters constantly get clogged with sand and settlements. Save yourself the frustration and hire actual professionals.

Thank you to UWR for coming out to my home same day and fixing our well. They diagnosed the problem quickly and in a couple of hours we had running water again! Employees who came out were so nice, even kept a look out for my missing pup.
