Chad came out to our home today to do a septic pump. I appreciated the communication before his arrival as well as how quick and efficient he was! Everything went smoothly and he explained anything I needed to know after he was finished and was a decent price for the service. Highly recommend!

Phillip saved the day! We accidentally hit a supply line to a house and had to shut the water off to our customer’s home. I called four different plumbing companies for same-day service and none of them could make it out. Underwood Plumbing & Septic answered the call and handled it immediately. Water is back on, and our customer is happy. Same day - actually same hour - service! We will definitely be using them again. Had my septic tank cleaned and pumped out. Very quickly done. Cheaper than I thought it would be. Would recommend them to help you out.
