My heat went out Saturday night before the snow storm. I called at 11pm. They were back in touch with me had a service guy out by a little after midnight. It needed a part which he had in the truck! Fixed and running by 1:30am! Fantastic! A company that is there for you!

Requested a service for my auxiliary heat not working.. replacement went well but installed improperly! I have a full electric heat pump system with electric aux heat for winter, and I requested these guys to take a look after noticing my house was no longer reaching target temperatures They told me I needed a new heatpack. After ordering the part they installed it ASAP and tested it for about 20 minutes. After leaving, the 30 amp breaker tripped. I called to have them reinspect it later. Next day they come and look at it again, and after poking around with a multimeter they assumed it was somehow a bad breaker, and replaced the tripping breaker. Again tested for approximately 20 minutes and told me I was good to go! Well, it wasn't. Duh. the new breaker also did it's job well. I got

When I called after business hours and left a message, the owner returned my call the same night. Their tech, Tyler, came over the next day and was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure my three mini-split units were running properly. Nothing felt rushed to get to the next appointment. Additionally, they were able to accommodate my work schedule for my appointment, which is rare. My name is Mathew, I had the pleasure of meeting Chad and Dee this morning 4/29/2025. They were both awesome and very knowledgeable. This is my first home as an owner so this was all new to me when I did not have any cool air coming through my vents. I spoke with the owner and we also had a nice talk on the phone. He scheduled out his workers and they showed up and managed to figure out exactly what was wrong with my unit. They answered any questions I had an even gave me some pointers for the future. Do not recommend…. Initial visit, Steve showed up over an hour late to the location that I previously stated I did not live at, he looked at what was here and we discussed the total heating system replacement, I explained the sale of the house relies on this with a 60 day closing window the job needed to be done in. We shook hands and I never heard from him again. A month later and numerous phone calls and voicemail with no reply. If you were unable to do the job, or didn’t want to do it, you should have been upfront and simply returned a phone call. Poor business practice I guess.
