I had a small leak in a pipe inside a bedroom wall. The leak impacted most of my house as it damaged floors and walls on the main level as well as ceilings and floors on the lower level. Ungerman did an excellent job cleaning up and drying out the spaces, estimating costs for repair and providing great contractors to get the repairs done. I have never experienced a homeowner's insurance claim and they helped me through the entire process.

We were happy to work with Ungerman on the rebuild phase of our water damage project (switching from Paul Davis who were bad). The estimator and project manager from Ungerman did a good job and were responsive, but the contractors that we worked with were a highlight--all skilled folks and nice people. There were a few small timing and communication hiccups that prevent a 5 star review but we have recommended Ungerman to others already and would choose them again.

Ungerman made a stressful situation effortless. They came the same day as our water damage occurred and began extensive mitigation work. They negotiated with our homeowners insurance on our behalf. And then the construction team made our bathroom even better than before. Beautiful work.
