Don’t ever use this company to save your money. My fridge broke when I called they took forever to schedule an appointment. When he came out, he didn’t check anything but saying that the seal in the front door is not closed so he flap it back in charge $150 for coming out. Apparently, the fridge still doesnt work because he doesn’t know what he’s doing. I have to call again and he came out again and say that we need to replace the panel which is cost $210. After he replaced it, the whole fridge is frozen, I have to throw out all the food on top and bottom freezer. I called again and got a reply that you need to call Samsung. This company is completely unprofessional. They do not show up when they are scheduled, and when you try to follow up, they are rude and dismissive. My mother had an appointment for service, and not only did they miss the scheduled window, but they texted at 8:00 PM saying they were “on the way” — far too late for an elderly woman to have someone come into her home. It seems like UNI has a monopoly in the Augusta, GA area with Samsung, and because of that, they treat customers poorly and feel they can do whatever they want. I even tried filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, only to learn they aren’t registered with the BBB. Do not use UNI Home Service. They need to be held accountable for their lack of professionalism.

First let me be clear and start off with I ONLY gave them one star cause it’s IMPOSSIBLE to give them ZERO. They do NOT show up they’re unreliable and unprofessional. I don’t see how Samsung recommended me a company with only a 1.8 rating. Obviously they don’t care for the work that they DONT do nor their business name. Save yourself the hassle and the stress and shop with someone else.

WARNING TO FUTURE SAMSUNG CUSTOMERS I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed with Samsung’s manufacturer warranty department and their complete lack of customer service. I scheduled a home repair service for my dryer (less than 8 months old) and followed every required step. The day of the repair came—and no one showed up. No call. No update. NOTHING. I called Samsung for help and was passed from one representative to another with zero support or resolution. I was told I should contact the third-party service provider directly—even though I scheduled the repair through Samsung. That’s not how customer service should work. Do not do business with these people. They lied to me on several occasions related to my Samsung Washing Machine's problem, and the Manufacturer's Warranty. They came out to my house several times to 'repair' the machine (grinding, banging sound during spin cycle), but could not. On the first visit they claimed there was no problem and I should monitor and call them back if it happens again. Of course there was a problem, and of course, it happened again. On the 2nd visit they said it needed a new clutch - they allegedly replaced the clutch, problem not resolved. On 3rd visit they said it needed a new motor - they replaced the motor, problem still not resolved. Out again for a 4th time, this time they said it needed a new drum - replaced the drum and the problem was still not resolved. But
