Parked for 1 hour and 10 minutes, got charged $17 what a rip off. Fee is $8 hour, $16 for two hours, if you’re a few minutes late it won’t calculate it to the amount of minutes but instead thinks you were there for 2 full hours.

No price caps if it’s an event night, so it’s almost $10/hour no matter if you’re 3 minutes over the hour. I paid more for parking here than my concert ticket. $50! For 4hours and 3 minutes I increased the stars for the excellent service that was provided to me after I called their customer support and told of the issue. I guess on event days it’s an hourly rate with no cap, but normally there is a time cap. Just be aware.

Plenty of space when I went. They look like they are upgrading the area so there was construction debris and fencing. The steps were used as urinals. The helpful woman at the exit was awesome!

Don’t park here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Charged $79 for event at Amica Center! Even had to double park and leave key with them!
