Unique Fuel Oil

I called them in the morning at 6:45am, because it said 24 hours emergency service. They picked up, acknowledged I needed 100 gallons of fuel and that they would come. He wasn’t specific on the time but I waited, and waited and even called 3 times with no pick up. Finally I called again and then he picked up and basically hung up on me… if you not going to give service then don’t pick up the phone..

They came right away, at an inopportune time

Place left me cold for no reason. Talked to the guy early in the day. They never came. Called them and they made an excuse to not having my address but I sent it. And it shows delivered which means they received it. I made this order a day in advance and spoke to the driver while at work. They called me much later then expected. When I didn’t answer because phone was charging in another room they just never showed. I saw the missed call an hour later and was hung up on and when I called back no answer. Don’t trust these people. I waited in the cold for hours just to have to call another company.

They originally tell me $180 for 50gallons of oil told him I had 300 could I get the difference in oil he says yes. His guys get to my house and sell me 50 gals of oil for 300. Then rights on the recipt 75 gals of oil.

Called and they came within 15 minutes! Oil ran out so I appreciate the quick service
