Chaz and his crew refinished some old flooring of ours and laid new flooring to match. I can’t believe how good the floors look. Our old floors were pretty beat up but Chaz assured us they could be restored. It’s like a whole new house. Unreal. Chaz and Jesse are so easy to work with. Great communication and friendly guys. Used Chaz to redo our entire house, took me 2.5 years to finally get to it, he was very patient the whole time, came out multiple times to talk through options. I really liked that he put down stain options on the floor so I could see them and decide what I wanted, very helpful. End finishing work is outstanding, very pleased with the way it all looks. I was shocked at the lack of dust - he uses a filter and it made a huge difference in not needing a lot of cleanup. Highly recommend using him, very fair pricing for quality work.

There are not many contractors left like Chaz, Jesse and crew. We can’t say enough good things about them- they are reliable, patient, answer any questions before, during and after, and communicate throughout the entire project. They installed new hardwoods on our upstairs hallway and steps and sanded and re-stained our red oak hardwoods in our downstairs area. Their work is fantastic!!! They are neat and keep things clean and tidy during the project. Most of all, they take tremendous pride in their work and treated our house like it was their own. They really are the best!
