Ever since Alec (the son of the previous proprietor) took over, the service and quality has gone downhill faster than a runaway boulder. He seems to have too much going on in his personal life to care about the business in the manner befitting someone in his position. Try Maloof or some other company before giving Unique your hard-earned money.
Scheduled an estimate. Nobody showed or called. Par for the course out here.
Never received a call back.
