AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Our 3-year-old LG freezer/fridge stopped working on 9/14/25 so we opened a ticket under LG because it was under warranty. They sent us to Unique Repairs to complete the repairs we initially received an appointment for 9/15/25. On 9/15 we received a text message notice reporting our new appointment was for Wednesday 17th. On 9/16 we received a text stating that parts were needed even though no one had looked at the fridge and they needed to cancel our appointment and they would reach out within 24/48 hours. On 9/18 my husband called them because we had no call from Unique. It was reported the earliest available appointment 9/22. On 9/22 the repair company changed the damper. We called 9/22 in the evening reporting that our fridge was still not working. Unique reported

❌ PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY ❌ We contacted LG when our refrigerator stopped cooling, and they referred us to Unique Repair Services. We assumed we’d be in good hands, but unfortunately, that could not have been further from the truth. The technician, Robert T, came out the first time and said the compressor needed replacing. He replaced it and told us to wait 12–24 hours for the fridge to return to normal. We waited far longer, only for the fridge to display an error code it had never shown before this repair. We called them back. Robert returned, did some “vacuuming,” apologized, and assured us it would work again. It did not. We requested a third visit, but the company told us, instead of fixing the problem, “We’ve done all we can and won’t be returning.” Our refrigerator was still b

A tech came to fix a broken washer and broke another part. He said he would be back in 5 days to fix it. I didn't hear anything and called that day. They said the part would be in in 3-4 business days. I checked back at that time and they said it wasn't in and they didn't know when the part would be there. I was without a washer for a week now. they said just call LG myself, even though they broke it. Also, you can't schedule an appointment. They give you a day and a "window." They call the day before to give a time, if you're working it's very hard. I asked to schedule an appointment since I needed them to come after 2. They said they can't promise that and kept calling to say a technician would come in the morning. I finally took the day off then they came in the evening and broke the wa

LG refrigerator warranty repair. Technician came out said they could not repair it. Then go a notification that they could repair it, had a part ordered, and would be contacted in 24 hours. Called to follow up the next day and was told very curtly to “be patient”, we would be contacted in 5 business days. Followed up after 7 business days with no communication and now told they can’t repair. I can’t comment on their repair abilities but their communication and basic customer service are horrible.

Should be 0 stars. My 3 month old microwave was serviced by Unique 3 times. The first time, the microwave lasted about 6 more months before breaking again. The next two times it stopped heating after only a couple of days. The next time service was requested through them by my ticket with LG support, they refused to service it. I guess LG requires that an appliance is unrepairable to replace it, but they told LG they "ran out of ideas on how to repair it" which is different I guess. When I called them to clarify, they rudely stood firm with the microwave not being unrepairable, just that they "ran out of ideas," forcing me to go through more repair attemps.
