Unique Roofing AZ

While they came out and did some repairs and recoated the roof while in the process of buying my house the roof coating began to blister and peel within eight months of the work being completed. There are soft low spots in the roof that should have been repaired correctly. I was told by Francisco to get on my roof every time it rains and remove the water. Sorry but that is not acceptable. I shouldn't have to get on the roof after every rain storm and look for small spots of standing water. The job should have had more extensive repairs to avoid this.

Unfortunately I have had some roofing issues. I would like to say Unique Roofing has done great work. Francisco is kind, honest and respectful. He follows through with what he says. The work has been done quickly and correctly.

I was in contact with ELEVEN different roofing companies and was so relieved when I came across Unique Roofing! A huge wind and rain storm did some considerable damage to our roof during the Holidays last year. After the insurance company approved our claim to have the roof replaced I began my hunt for a company to work with. We are from Sierra Vista and had both local and Tucson companies come out within weeks for estimates. Unique roofing was the most professional, gave an extremely competitive quote (some other companies were giving bids ~4k over what the insurance company estimated), and the bid was so detailed (which makes life so much easier when dealing with insurance adjusters)! They also were the easiest to communicate with and they answered all my questions in a timely fashion. T
