Marcus D, Jackson G and Jacob Z they all have worked on my HVac and they are great technicians from United air temp. They came to my home professionally and diagnosed my Hvac system very well. Informed me of all the system functions and ordered the right part at the same time he was able to fix the broken part temporarily to keep the home warm. Highly recommended.

Truck #4081 has been blocking the only entrance to an 1alley in nw dc for hours. Because of this the residents that park in the alley cannot exit or enter. They just continue working and we have to call off from work because of this. A report was made to dc police and the company. UPDATE this truck has blocked the alley since 9 this morning refused to move while they worked on a job. Holding every hostage. Another UPDATE: van left after completing their job 6 hrs later.

Recently, I needed to have a faucet replaced in my bathroom. Steven from United Air Temp was a phenomenal technician. He helped me through the entire process, insuring that I was satisfied with my new faucet. His customer service and professionalism were above and beyond most technicians I have dealt with. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend United Air Temp and Steven.

I was originally to have maintaine done on my two heating units. It was determined one of the units needed replaced. The technician helped set me up with their service advisor who took the time to inspect the units himself. He was able to get me an installation appointment quickly. Our family’s new unit looks great and is super quiet compared to the old unit. All the technicians were very professional and trustworthy. It is vey hard to find a company that has your best interest in mind and not a dollar amount. Thank you for your time and effort. When it comes to heating and cooling issues your company is my first thought!

I had a great experience with United Air Temp! Jackson was wonderful. He is VERY thorough with diagnostic testing and getting to the root of the problem. He is knowledgeable in Hvac and professional. He did a wonderful job fixing our heat and went above and beyond. The company is good with scheduling, communication, and accommodation. Steven the manager was helpful in this matter as well. Aside from hvac, I have used United Air Temp for plumbing and really appreciate Rudy! He was fantastic in helping with my plumbing needs.
