We have been dealing with ongoing HVAC issues for **over two months**, and the lack of accountability and urgency from this company has been shocking. When they came out last month, we were told the issue was fixed. Unfortunately, it turned out they had installed a **faulty sensor**, which caused our system to fail again. Three days ago, our home temperature dropped to **52 degrees** and we had **no heat at all**. The technician told us they would go to the store to get the part so we wouldn’t have to wait. This was my first time using this company. I had another HVAC vendor fail to repair my furnace after multiple attempts, leaving me with a furnace in pieces. I called United and had someone at my home the same day. They made it look easy -- they reassembled the furnace in about 30 minutes and had me back up and running. No upsell, no padded bills with parts I didn't need... shockingly, their visit cost me less than either of the two visits by the other vendor. Jack was a great representative of the company.
