Tical and Terrance were our technicians this time, and they were outstanding—courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They don’t give up until the problem is fully solved, which gives us so much confidence and peace of mind. Consistently excellent service over the years. Highly recommend this company!

I had an extremely poor experience with this HVAC company. My home warranty company connected me with United Air Temp on 12/22 and my ticket is STILL OPEN. I am sharing an excerpt of my formal letter of complaint as reference and a picture of the equipment that they left in my bathroom. (No one bothered to respond to my complaints.) Maybe my experience was a blip, maybe not, but I will never recommend this company. I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue for over three months and have not received a return call. I was charged hundreds of dollars, but I have not been provided receipts, documentation, or an explanation for why the charges were not covered under my service agreement. Recently, the company contacted me to schedule another tune-up and suggested my agreement may not have been canceled, despite confirming my cancellation back in October. This is only my opinion, but based on my experience, I would recommend getting HVAC services elsewhere.

We were very pleased with the degree of care Terrence, our HVAC technician, showed during our semi-annual maintenance. He checked out the unit and pointed out issues that would need to be addressed and provided some reasonable options to address them sooner than later. He was thoughtful, polite and very considerate. I recommend him and United Air Temp for their HVAC services.

They had a special going and I decided to go and have my unit looked at for the fall and even for next year. However when the technician came today he tried telling me that my unit is from 2001. My unit was installed in 2016. I nearly almost had a heart attack from the false information and was very upset. I let the technician continue to do his diagnosis and then he tried to tell me you know that I should have and speak to a supervisor and make an appointment tomorrow. If a technician can barely tell you the correct date of manufacturer of your unit then maybe that person isn't qualified to be looking at the unit. I'm very dissatisfied with the incorrect information. I will be following up with my own HVAC person who has more experience. I should have left the bad reviews before when I wa
