Extremely poor service. I reached out directly to the owner, Mike, and waited several days for a scheduled service call that never happened. No communication and no accountability. I would not recommend this company.

These guys are awesome. Bob sent a truck within 2 hours of my call. I highly recommend them!

I didn’t give this place a one star for their service. I gave it a one star because one of the employees was screaming at the top of his lungs at me at a stop sign when I couldn’t go anywhere like he was gonna make me move by yelling at me. This was a mastic beach on May. 5 2025

I’ve used United twice in the past 5 years. I’m happy to have found a trustworthy cesspool company I can rely on. My pools were pumped, aerated and treated. They did a very thorough job , they showed up on time, the guys were professional and their price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Requested a maintenance job on my cesspool. Immediately was scheduled by Mike. Bob was great, came to the house walked me through the process. In and out within 20 minutes. Very professional.
