Thank you to United Chimney team: Doug and Stephen and all. Our fireplace had serious problems and their proposal was straightforward and clear and fair. For one straight week, their team showed up and worked hard to pretty much redo the firebox and the outer stonework. Absolutely perfect work. Constant vacuuming and cleanup was impressive. All in all, wish I had found them sooner, they are a rare find these days...100% recommend this team.

United Chimney is professional, well organized, and very knowledgeable about their product line. They are true to their word and stand behind their work 100%. Steve, Doug, and the entire United Chimney Team did a tremendous job installing a new flue system for us working tirelessly until the project was in full operation and all paperwork closed out.

I'm not sure I have enough room to write up the whole story of why these guys deserves your consideration, but I will say they know what they're doing. Especially if you're working on what I would call 'A Unicorn', which is a one-off, custom, special because the client 'just needed a fireplace too complex for their own good'. A fireplace was designed and engineered by a firm [no longer in business, infer what you will] that United Chimney was tasked to install. Dual flues, front and back glass, coffin sized, totally enclosed fireplace, you could see from the interior and exterior of a multi-million dollar 'home/playhouse'.
