Their communication is fantastic! We had some pretty hard stains to get out, so I definitely don’t blame the company for not being able to get absolutely everything, however it looks amazing in comparison! Great guys, I recommend Sham and Rick for sure. Maya (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) had the best customer service, but everybody that picked up was very professional. We are very thankful, they’re also willing to check over everything before leaving and try to fix what you aren’t content with. Cheapest estimate we got and as thorough of a job as seemed possible. Note: our former roommate let it sit for MONTHS, so if yours isn’t set in on that level, they will be perfect!
