New Carpeting - 2018 I needed new carpeting in the upstairs of my home. I live in Troy, Michigan and decided that I wanted to support a local company. I chose United Flooring Center at 3806 Rochester Road. I have lived here for over 40 years and every time I have gone down Rochester Road I noticed this Flooring Store. When I entered the store I was immediately and warmly greeted by the store owner Debbie. She spent a lot of time Educating me, was NOT pressuring and did not rush me. I met her husband Dan and he had the same comforting character. The day the installers (Donnie and Jordan) came: They were punctual, polite and Hard Workers. Be aware of very poor client service that the owners of this company have; it is very hard to communicate and negotiate with them, especially after they have done their work and took money - expect voicemails, no call backs, rude tone and neglect; they take no or very small responsibility for the poor work that they do.

Mark worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and has kept us informed on when to expect our new area rug

If you do not mind your carpet smelling like it was sitting in car with people smoking. Also, if you don't mind being bait and switched, buy carpet from here. They lack customer service and have no interest in making the problem right.
