We are so pleased with our new floors from United Floors! As first-time home renovators, we were nervous about the process, but the United Floors team put us at ease. They were clear and honest about the costs and how long the installation would take for both levels of our house. When a big snowstorm hit, they were incredibly accommodating, calling us in advance to reschedule and working around the lingering ice. The installation crew was fantastic—they were professional, respectful of our home, and handled all the heavy lifting of our furniture. They also made sure to keep everything tidy. We will definitely be using United Floors again for future projects

We had a flood in our basement a month ago and needed to install new floors. The quotes we were getting from other companies were ridiculously high and my neighbor used United Flooring over the summer and liked them so I gave them a try. The price they came back with was extremely affordable. We needed this done quickly and they were able to come out within a day to give me a quote and the once all of our materials arrived. They were here in two days to do the installation.. these guys worked a 10 hour day and completed the entire project. They were punctual, polite and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone! we were in a very stressful situation and they made it so much easier!

We are installing a stair chair, which involved rebuilding the landing and recarpeting the stairs. United Floors was so accommodating in that they quickly sent someone to my house to measure (he even brought carpet samples), gave me a fair estimate, and fit the carpet install in between the carpenter who built the landing and the chair installation. The worker who laid the carpet arrived on time, worked efficiently, removed the old carpet and padding, fastened the new carpet securely, even where it butts up against the upstairs hall carpet, and cleaned up afterward. On top of all that, the stairs look beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you, United Floors!

I had new flooring installed on my stairs and upstairs hallway today and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The contractors were professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish. They arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was done perfectly. The craftsmanship on the stairs is beautiful, and the transition into the hallway looks seamless. They even took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied before finishing up. I highly recommend United Floors to anyone looking for quality flooring work and outstanding service. Thank you for making my home look amazing!

The United Flooring (and backsplash) team did an amazing job. Their communication and advice was excellent and spot on. They were on time for the install, protected my floors and counters with tarps and did a beautiful job. I am so happy we decided to use this company. They are true professionals.
