We were in need of a same day oil delivery. We contacted several oil companies and unfortunately they weren’t able to make the delivery until tomorrow. We contacted United Fuel Oil and within 30 minutes we received our delivery. Chris and Josh were friendly, courteous, and respectful. Thank you for the great customer service. We highly recommend them!
UFO consistently has the best prices, and they almost always come out the very next business day. The best part is they love our dogs, who also love them! Our pups know they are getting some yummy dog treats from their pals when the truck pulls up! 🌟
NEED FUEL CALL SPRING BROOK FUEL IN NEW BRITAIN!!! The lady who picked up the phone for United Fuel was completed disrespectful, rude and yelled at me many times . She gave me such attitude and screamed that they would not delivery fuel because I am under going construction.(doesn't matter) She was out of line and totally unprofessional. I called back the company that used them as a "preferred vendor" and I switched to a MUCH BETTER COMPANY WHO WAS SO MUCH MORE ACCOMMODATING AND SPOKE RESPECTFULLY OVER THE PHONE. SPRING BROOK FUEL, MEGAN HELPED ME OUT SO MUCH!!!!! THEY ARE NOW MY PREFERRED VENDOR AND I AM NOW DEVOTES TO THEM FOR FUEL.
They came and delivered oil to me when I ran out without hesitation. A family owned business and it shows. Great service from the woman I spoke to on phone to the guys who delivered oil. Definitely my new oil company.
Have been using United Fuel for a few years now. Price is always fair, delivery always timely and Jen is a friendly, helpful voice in the office.
