United Glass & Mirror

Honestly... the best customer service I've seen in a long time. After a full home remodel and experiencing many difficulties with vendors United Glass brought hope back that there are still great "customer focused" & just kind/honest businesses out there. I called around for months to see who could create my tabletop. I'm glad I didnt give up! Thank you so much!!! Our dinner table is now whole and ready to enjoy for the holidays!

The quality of the glass was top notch. The owner Scott is very nice and very helpful. On the other hand the woman ( I didn't get her name but she answers the phone) is very rude and condescending and acts like its a problem when you call to check if your order is ready on the day they promised. I talked to her 3 times over the course of 2 days and each time I called she talked to me like I was a child who didn't understand what she was saying. That is the sole reason they are not receiving 5 stars. Talk to your customers like you appreciate their business!!!!

Not having a good experience with this company. Completely lacking in anything close to customer service. The woman (Dianne) who handles the phone is a mess! My account was billed under a completely unrelated name. The only way she was able to locate my invoice was by my giving her the amount and date of my credit card payment. Additionally, she actually LIED to me about a project, several times!! We finally got to the bottom of the issue and there is no doubt that her statement was either an intentional lie or at best complete lack of anything close to diligence! They are not standing by their product. I had a problem with the quality of a mirror they installed and notified them (Dianne) in less than a month! Surprisingly, she has no record of the call! I’ve never used this place but, if their staff/workers are like the guy driving the van today……. I would not let him in my house! Mid 30’s, dark hair, driving and texting while going 12mph under the speed limit. Line of cars behind him, people honking, and as I ( others) get around him…… he looks over at me with phone in hand with slight grin. Who does that?

Needed some small pieces of glass cut for my 3D printer beds, they had them ready in less than an hour. Good customer service. Thanks again!
