Excellent experience from beginning to end. They had a huge selection of slabs and Fred was patient and helpful during our selection process. The installation was smooth and completed as promised. The final result is stunning. Highly recommend!

December 2025 - Be prepared to be patient. Let me say at the start that we ended up with a nice piece of granite that was just what we wanted at a fair price. However, we met with Sam to look at options and discus our needs. It became apparent that Sam is a poor communicator who believes he is not. And he will blame (vocally) the customer - this is consistent with some of the negative reviews I read here. We almost walked out but my wife has a very high level of tolerance. We worked around his poor explanations and customer relations skills and finally arrived at the granite we wanted. I picked it up days later and it looks great. Would I use this place again? On December 2021, United Granite made a fantastic and timely service of providing new counters for a kitchen remodel. My experience with United Granite from the start to finish was amazing. The whole team has consistently demonstrated strong professionalism throughout. The had the best price with menu options and a good selection of granite and other stones, great service from Fred, and perfect, on time installation.. I absolutely LOVE my countertops! They are so beautiful and the customer service is outstanding! Sam Oztas was my salesperson and he is the best! He met with me several times, answered my phone calls with all my questions and helped me with all the decisions. I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to United Granite in Elkridge. I am crafting a driftwood lamp and needed a small granite section to fabricate the upper cap for the drift wood. Fred and the staff at UGC helped me find a small granite piece that is perfect for my project. Fred also made a great suggestion on finishing the edge.
