I can't give a more glowing review than 5 stars. I needed to repair my floor in front of a door that required only a smallish piece, about 36"x3". But I knew that I had to buy a whole box. Sadly, the floor that I had was discontinued. We looked at various other samples that were close to my floor. When we found one, I wanted to buy just the floor sample. The young man, the owner or the owner's son, was so kind. He just gave me the floor sample without charge and even carried it to my car. Should I ever need a complete new floor I am sooo going to buy it from them. There is still good in this world.

Sarkis is just fantastic to work with. He is is clearly very knowledgeable about the different types of flooring. Not to say other places are not but Sarkis is very generous to share from that well of knowledge. He's very approachable. I felt like I could talk to him about different scenarios. He was very open about suggesting different colors. He keeps the end user in mind when recommending flooring (style, characteristics of the home, young children, pets, etc). This is my second time buying flooring from him. Not to mention his showroom has so much variety. Other places might only have a handful of colors or only 1 brand in that type of flooring. I was looking for wood flooring to match the existing floors in my new home. The plank size I needed was irregular and I exhausted all of my options at other stores. When I went to United Hardwood Flooring, Sarkis went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. While he did not carry the floor I was trying to match, he was able to locate the planks I needed from another vendor and was even willing to drive and pick the wood up himself. Incredibly pleased with my experience here!
