United Hospital - Blue (SP+ Parking)

ADA issues, no elevators from the parking floors, needed to walk up or down a level to get to the elevators.

Where to pay: You can pay as you leave the ramp, inside the hospital lobby, or in the basement by the elevators. Get your parking validated at the check-in desk in main the lobby or the emergency dept. Validation makes it $4 as of Jan 1, 2025. Handicap access: You can always access the elevators, after hours you may have to request access from security via the help boxes by the doors in the stairwells. Recommend using ground level to cross over to the hospital at the crosswalk. Basement/tunnel does have access, but it's winding and has another elevator and more walking. Parking spaces are a bit tight on the inside sections. If you're facing the outside or on the handicap levels the spaces are wider. Be mindful of the lines and you'll be alright in most vehicles but don't bring your bigge

This ramp is literally falling apart. My wife parks here daily for work and always has rust leaking on her car from the ceiling. Happy that there is parking close to United but this place really needs an overhaul.

Decent parking, next to hospital so walk is easy. The price is pretty fair.

I live in a building close to this ramp. A hail storm just happened and my windshield was broken during it. I parked in the ramp because I was having electrical issues due to rain and called to see if I could buy a one month pass and they told me no. I know people in Irvine Towel can park there, as I have clients in that building… so I went to the property manager over there and asked for help. She was SO kind and helpful and filled out a form for me to get a pass to park there for a month during the rain…until I can get my windshield fix. Well the pass wasn’t working so I called the number on the card and the person I spoke with was so RUDE. Didn’t even let me finish my sentence and just cut me off saying nobody is allowed a pass unless they live in that tower. No compassion, no patience.
