Cancelled my service contract after many years because it suddenly became too difficult to work on my furnace. This is one month after renewal and an $800 repair bill. No loyalty.

Fantastic customer service! Our heat went out and within 2 hours of my call a mechanic was at my door. Kevin was extremely curteous, patient, knowledgeable and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. Definitely key employee! I highly recommend United Metro. Thank you!

Unacceptable reckless driver. The driver on the attaches pictures ran me off the road in an very dangerous situation and seemed to think it was funny

EXCELLENT AND SINCERE SERVICE. About 7-8 years ago I did not want to resign a contract again with the big oil co. I was dealing with. A very close friend of mine told me about UMEC. They were COD. It didn't take long to trust them and leave a blank check for them. I have total trust in them now. They come Immediately if I am low on oil. I went through a very rough time for a couple of months & They worked with me. I'm very content and happy with their service. Every person that works there has emailed me back immediately. Robert H. has been reminding me to look if my fuel is low. - Just when the timing is right!! He's been doing that for me for probably 5 years! I'm on automatic delivery and I ran out of oil. How does this happen? There incompetent. I called and got a Message service who took my name, Address, and phone number and was told someone would call me back shortly. It's been 4 hours and still no call. I have 2 kids In the house. This company is not good. Look somewhere else. I would never recommend them to anyone. I would give them zero stars if I could.
