First, I want to express my gratitude for this company sending Yuri, a top-notch technician. I consider myself lucky to have received his service. Having high standards for service satisfaction is stressful for me. It’s not easy to find a trustworthy company that offers a good price and satisfactory work. But Yuri was entirely different from any other. He was very kind, polite, and a flawless expert in his field. He kept his appointments precisely and sent texts to let me know he was on his way. Words are not enough to praise his work. He knew everything about water heater replacement, so there was no wasted time, and everything was completed within an accurate timeline, leaving me pleased. The fact that all this was done at a better price than any other company is the most delightful part

What I thought was going to be a quick fix ended up being 3 hours. My bathroom sink needed to “burp” in order to drain. I figured the tech would come snake the drain or open up the trap, clean it and be done. An hour into the job, I ask how it’s going and what is the problem. The tech didn’t understand me. I tried asking in another way, but he still didn’t understand the word “problem” or “wrong”. I gave up and let him continue to work. He shows me a piece that of pipe that he broke, and says that he’ll go to his truck and be back. 45 minutes later, I send a message to the 800 number given and ask where the tech went and when is he coming back. He showed up about 5 minutes later and I get a call saying he’s back. No kidding. A few minutes later a second tech is with the first tech. I ask

We used them a few months ago for a rental needed bathroom Angle stops. Yuri came out and we were able to add the kitchen angle stops at the last minute Was super impressed with his work Timely, neat, friendly, upfront about costs ans their breakdown. The others we had called were not as forthcoming Well its been 6 months and one of our other properties needed a new cartridge for the shower. I was delighted that they sent us Yuri again. Once again superb work!! Friendly as always. Came same day and was able to do the job right away. Others wanted to do in 3 days for more money We will definitely be keeping theor number for future work
