I just got a new HVAC installed by Jacob and his team. They were very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. They removed the old unit, installed and tested the new one in under two hours! I would highly recommend United Plumbing! Everyone from the office staff, to the technicians, and installers, were extremely polite and courteous. They answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm very happy with the outstanding service that they provided!

Do not use their services. We had our swamp cooler changed out for AC. We needed a bigger panel and this is how they left our wall. We started the work at the end of May 2025. We were also promised lifetime filter, but would take a week after ordered. My husband made the mistake of paying them $16,000 in full before they finished the work. I contacted the company 6 times during the month of June and was "ghosted" everytime. We never saw them again, and had to foot the bill for our wall repair. I waited so long to post because my husband didn't want confrontation. Screw that, they suck and took our money and did us dirty!

I recently worked with United Plumbing on a real estate transaction and had an excellent experience with Richard. We discovered the property had no hot water, and he went out promptly to diagnose the issue. Richard was incredibly honest—he found that the electric water heater simply needed the reset button pressed. He could have easily recommended unnecessary repairs, but instead he was straightforward, responsive, and resolved the issue quickly. I truly appreciate his integrity and professionalism. I hired them to install a new gas furnace, air handler, and refrigerated AC condensor, and to make some return air modifications in the interior ductwork so it was quieter and more efficient. They did a great job. The system has been working fine for a few years, and they also did some minor plumbing, hose bibs etc. All is working well. The crew was punctual, professional, skilled and easy going. The price was totally fair. I will use them again if I need the services they offer. Richard and his crew do good work at fair prices.
