United Pools

We had a very un-professional experience with Mr. Willie, the owner of United pools. He was quick to come give a quote and did require did require a $25 fee to do so, which we had no problem paying as we expect this in some cases. However, ever since he did the quote, we have not been able to get ahold of him to ask questions or to add items that he overlooked during his quote, or to schedule for the repairs he quoted. In regard to the quote, he gave a very shotty quote with only 2 items listed - "liner replacement and pump replacement" - though the other companies that quoted us looked at drain function, sand filter, step replacement (there is literally concrete on the steps so even we know they have to be replaced), etc. I would not recommend even spending the time to have a quote with t

United pools did a very good job. The customer service was excellent, I would personally recommend this business for all your pool needs.
