​I highly recommend United Refrigeration Heating and Air!!! I recently relocated and my former HVAC company at my previous home does not service the area ​I moved to. After looking over United's website and reading the reviews I contacted the company. Kristen was extremely helpful, answering all my questions for me. I ha​d my first bi annual maintenance visit with this company and can't not praise them highly enough. The entire team's professionalism and the way they were "present" for all my many questions made me feel heard and valued. This is a competitive world we live in and good customer service is hard to find. I had that with my HVAC company in the previous area and was happy to find this with United as well. After getting 4 estimates, 2 from major players and 2 from small mom and pop operations we decided to go with United Refrigeration. All the estimates were just a few hundred dollars apart but the deciding factor was the sales representative, Lance. He explained what our options were so we could make the right choice. Installation was great thanks to our installer Wallace and his assistant. Wallace explained everything he was doing and made sure we had no problems after the Installation. Also the contacts I had with Mike, in the office, were what I would expect from any company I would deal with. Thanks to a great team!

Lance was great, he treated us like family and gave a good deal on a great system and the installation crew was awesome too, they were polite and prompt, did a bang up professional job and cleaned up after themselves, as a matter of fact aside from having a new HVAC system they left no trace that they were ever there. Thank you United.

This is our third annual inspection. We are impressed with Charlie M’s attention to detail and earnest approach. Hope to see him next year.
