I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be documented. According to the posted schedule, this location opens at 7:30 AM. I arrived at 7:35 AM to pick up equipment. The office door was open, lights were on, and I could clearly hear multiple employees inside — laughing, talking, and sitting comfortably in the office areas. I said “hello” multiple times. I walked into the office area. One employee was sitting with his feet on the desk, saw me clearly, and completely ignored me, even turning his face away when I tried to get his attention. No greeting, no “we’ll be with you shortly,” nothing. I stood there until almost 8:00 AM before someone named James finally approached me, visibly unhappy and irritated. Very rude people, mocking you as you leving the office.When I ask for their name, they told me "Don't worry about it" and then I ask the manager for the name of one of the guys, he told me "I can't do tell you".Manager very unprofessional and the other guy very rude, unfortunately I don't have his name, but corporate will definitely hear from me.

Had the specialty HVAC equipment I needed. Delivered it quickly and in great working order. Mike was really easy to work with.

United was fast and responsive in helping to determine the correct rental unit and then was equally fast when the unit required maintenance.

United Rentals is responsive, reliable, and an all around great partner of Kwik Trip.
