We rented two temporary HVAC units from them for an educational program after our central cooling broke. They were so responsive. I knew the tech by name...thanks Tim!...and was able to reach him easily to help if we had any issues figuring out the panel. He came out when we needed him, and he came exactly when he said he would. 10/10 service experience!

Extremely unprofessional behavior, letting petty personal pride disrupt the operation of not only their own operations, but costing me a $800 run and delaying delivery to the destination, which affects everyone else waiting on the equipment to arrive. I was contracted to transport a 500KW generator from here. After hooking up, I began my inspection of the equipment to ensure it would not be damaged in transit, not pose a hazard to my truck, nor cause harm to anyone or anything on the roadway. During this inspection, an employee came over and asked what I was doing, I informed him. He told me there wasn't any need, it is ready to go. I called after hours and they serviced me like it was regular time for them, Thanks a lot, Spanky at the Muscle Shoals, AL location answered like he had been awake and ready to serve me. Within minutes Edwin Cook from the Nashville, TN location called me to get the final details and were to send the equipment.

They were easy to work with, helped our tech make sure he knew how to use the equipment, delivery was on time for drop off and pick-up.
