Bryan and John were very helpful when helping me with my insurance claim after a hail storm hit my home. They got it settled very quickly, and communicated throughout. My roof took 1 day to replace and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the job, and also with how reliable and trustworthy John was when running the project. They made this process very simple, and handled everything with ease.

You need to pick United Restoration to do your roof and other restoration work! John was amazing to work with. He handled all of the paperwork with the insurance company like a pro (including going back multiple times to ensure everything got fixed) and helped to get all of our hail damage to our roof, fence and porch fixed quickly. The last company we hired years ago, caused extensive damage to our house by ripping off the roof and leaving when it started to rain. Water came pouring in, ruining our drywall, ect. We also discovered, they left part of the old roof on and just covered it up and never installed vents. It was a total nightmare. United Restoration made sure the job was done right this time by removing all 3 layers of roof and installing proper ventilation. I've seen the worst

We had an insurance claim for hail damage inside and outside our home. The work to our drywall and paint was first done by a handy man that was friends with the owner. The work was done so poorly that it had to be redone. The work on the outside of our house was mediocre. Definitely not restoration quality. When I told them I was not happy with the way the work was done the job manager told me I was being nit picky. And don't expect them to be on time. I had to take off work for their schedule and when they were late it was like no big deal to them. If you want mediocre work done by a handy man then this is the company for you.

United Restoration was great to work with and did a great job with the roof, the clean up and kept us informed all along the process. John and Cristina were both professional and responsive and willing to work with my schedule and other needs. There are a lot of companies out there to choose from and with all the hail this year doing your homework could save you a bunch of headaches.

Contracted with United 21 June 2018 after the big hail storm in Fountain Co. It is now 9 August 2019 and they have not even been able to produce an estimate document or ever begin basic work like roofing. 80% of my neighborhood is near roof completion. I'm still waiting on quotes from United Restoration to provide to USAA insurance for almost 2 months... I defiantly expected better communication and service...
