Our daughter sustained a very serious leak from a hot water line that was under her slab. She hired United Restoration and they have been fabulous. I have had a great deal of experience working with restoration companies and I believe that United is the most professional, honest, caring, and reliable company you could find to remediate areas damaged by water. They work so clean and take care to insure that they only repair what is necessary and take great care to protect an owner’s property. Having just gone through a water leak that cause flooding in my home, United Restoration made this challenging and frustrating process easier. Their process and each step were thoroughly explained and they answered all our questions with compassion and understanding. Their company is friendly and sets the bar as to excellent service.

United Restoration did a good job. They were punctual and the cost was very fair. The man in charge was very professional and the man and woman they sent to my home did a good job but I did notice some things missing from my house which was disturbing. I would use them again but I wouldn’t leave their workers alone in my house.

The owner of this amazing organization answers the phone….aside from IMMEDIATELY coming to my home to address my emergency water situation, he acted in the most respectful and professional manner to help me in my time of need. The staff provided exceptional service and I will be forever grateful for the help they provided to me.
