United Service Specialists Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

We have been using United Service Specialists for over 10 years now. They come twice a year for maintenance of our heating and cooling units. They also have fixed some occasional problems with the system. Whether it’s the main office or the technicians, they have always been extremely professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

As usual the technicians from United Specialists were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Blake Hungerford installed a new water heater. He explained everything that he did and answered all of my questions. He showed me the plumbing that he did and explained why it was done that way. He also instructed me on how, if necessary, to lower or raise the temperature on the water heater. The job looks wonderful and the work area was left spotless. Great Service.

Amazing service from start to finish. The best customer service I have ever experienced. Punctual. Professional. Proficient. My story: I had 6 giant AC units in wall and in windows and they were loud, unattractive and ineffective. Well, the team came to my rescue big time. Everything was explained by Chris, then Kyle and Will showed up early every day to tackle this 3 level cooling project. Nicest guys you’ll ever meet and they go above and beyond to help make your experience easy. They even pulled out the giant in wall unit to make room for the ductless cooling system which they installed. Love love love these guys. Now my house is beyond cool and the units are totally silent! USS is amazing 👍🥰. We just got some parts replaced on our Heat Pump. Sam was our technician and he was so knowledgeable and had amazing customer service!
