If I could do no stars I would. We used them to order a part from the manufacturer. The part was only $100 they charged us over $200. We don’t need the part and they will not let us return for a refund. This was not disclosing to us in the purchase that it was not refundable. We will never go there again.

I have been dealing with United Supply for many years now, and I would not go anywhere else for my parts and equipment. Everything I need is there, in stocks and ready to go. On the rare occasion that they have to order a part, no problem, they make sure it gets to me asap. Best prices and customer service too. I have no complaints whatsoever. United Supply is the best!

Purchased a dryer belt Friday, had it installed Saturday and it broke. So I go in Monday to hopefully exchange or get another one, which I was able to do but the guy Chris had such a nasty attitude about it I'll never go go because of him..! Sorry but you guys lost my business because of him.!

Best place to get the parts you need to make the proper repairs .Chris has always gone above and beyond to help me and my colleagues to get the job done.
