I have used United Tree Care on two occasions. Once in 2024 to do a crown reduction of our overgrown Sycamore tree in our front yard and more recently to remove three small trees in our back yard one of which had toppled over during a storm. With both jobs i thought they did excellent work! The cost was reasonable, they were quick to respond, efficient and on time. No fuss. Thanksgiving morning a huge tree fell on two townhouses next to me. When something like this happens, usually things have to be handled in a certain order to achieve a desired outcome. Rain was coming in the next couple of days, so we needed to get the tree out in order to shore up the houses. When I called David's, there was an answer on the first couple of rings, and it was a real person, knowledgeable and pleasant. Even better, he said he could round up some people and equipment and be out in a few hours. They came, they cut, they saved the day. They got the tree far enough away from the houses, in a short amount of time, then returned to finish the job a few days later. I'm very happy with their work, and especially how fast they were able to respond on a holiday.
