If I could leave Zero stars I would. Taking advantage of the elderly and not even doing the job! Sent down under the house to do a clean up / hazmat waste from a kitchen sink drain. Nothing was cleaned up and the plastic that was way over charged for and all the extra costs, what a shameful act! Charged X4 times the amount it should have costed. Billed for work they didn’t even do. After getting another professional to go look months later because of the smell still around here is what they found! They came back with pictures and what a horrible job United Water Restoration Group claimed cleaned but didn’t. Not recommended, charged for work they didn’t even do and lied to a 71 year old woman about a “completed job” that didn’t even get done. Shame on you!!

When I had no direction, no idea what to do, I'm glad i called United Water Restoration Group of Beaverton. I got home at night and noticed water dripping from the ceiling. I went upstairs and saw water coming from the laundry room. To my surprise the floor was flooded and water had leaked from our washer. It being 2 or 3am I had no clue who to call, I'm happy they are 24hrs. I was frantic and my mind was raising. However, at the other end a nice gentlemen picked up the phone. Javier didn't rush me, listened to me and most importantly showed empathy and assured me they were there to help. He calmed me down and walked me through their process. These guys were amazing to work with! We had a very tight timeline with tenants moving into the property at the end of the month and they were incredibly flexible and easy to work with. They’re trustworthy, knowledgeable, and so kind! We will continue using them in the future for all of our rental properties. 10/10 would recommend United Water Restoration Group of Beaverton moving forward.

We called United Water in January during the ice storm event on 1/13/24. Our house was damaged pretty severely. We called and worked with "Jake" (I think his title was "Customer Relations"). He was initially attentive, eager to take us on as customers. He contacted a "roofer" that day to come out and tarp our roof to minimize the water damage from the storm. The person who came asked us for money to buy the needed materials and to help pay for his gas to come out. We felt this was extremely unprofessional. As the days went by we continually asked Jake if our home project was one his company could take on and finish from beginning to end. We were always assured that it was a job United Water could do.
