We had a couple of basement floods in our house due to old pipes going to the street. Michelle's team ran the repairs both times. The project management and work was excellent. Reliable communication and quality work. This team goes the extra mile. I was out of town during the repairs and this team kept me updated with calls, photos and texts. They looked after the house as well making sure doors were locked, heat and cameras on. It's tough to find trust out there but we found it with this group. They replaced carpet, dry wall, floor boards and paint. Cleaned existing carpet as well.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in such a stressful and traumatic situation. Early Saturday morning, we woke up to over six inches of water in our basement—a homeowner’s nightmare. I woke Jordan by phone at 5:00 AM but he couldn’t have been nicer. By 8:00 AM, he and his team were already at our home, ready to help. From start to finish, they were incredible. Our business basement flooded on a weekend overnight. It was Sunday morning when I made the call and Jon was on site in 30 minutes. He had his machines in place for fast removal of all of the water. Once the water was removed he quickly went into the drying phase which saved the building from more damage and mold setting in. I am impressed by how he and his crew (Michelle, Chris, Jordan, Mike, & Richard!!!) took on this project and saw it all the way through step by step to the very end. Not only did Jon walk me through the process of restoring our building but he also handled all of the insurance parts.
