We appreciate the prompt response of the UWRG to attend to our water leak issue. Mohamed Osman was courteous and polite. He explained what all of the equipment was and how it was being used. Basement was completely flooded with an inch of water is some places!! No, Erik, and Lucas did a great job in pulling up all the flooring damaged walls, and assisted the plumber in locating the source of the leak (frozen water pipe burst). Great job guys!!! Dried out in less than three days…..
