We had some water damage to our ceiling from a leaky toilet in the condo unit above ours, and Art B. was responsive, polite, and reassuring. This well informed, seasoned professional worked promptly to mitigate the water damages, coordinated with our building maintenance team and insurance. We appreciate his efforts, and highly recommend his services.

Five stars is not enough for this team. We were dealing with a frustrating and difficult-to-find leak, and they went above and beyond to solve it. Their attention to detail, persistence, and problem-solving skills were impressive. They never rushed the process and didn’t stop until the issue was fully repaired. Honest, professional, and extremely skilled — we couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend them.
