UNITS Moving & Portable Storage

Units has been super responsive, prompt, and easy to work with. They pick up and deliver in a timely manner and the drivers are always wearing masks and keeping social distance. Awesome job!

I have had the Unit is my driveway for a few months now. I noticed the roof of the unit leaking. I knew it was leaking because I saw a stream of water coming down from the weld line in the roof of the unit. Following weeks of rain (we live in Issaquah,Washington) the water started collecting in the container we had on the floor of the unit. I called multiple times and was told it was a condensation in the unit and to go buy some moisture-sucking something at Home Depot. We have put a heater in the unit to prevent mildew but still, all our snowboarding gear and camping gear smells. I am disappointed because when I called I was gaslit and told I don’t know what I am talking about where I clearly saw the stream of water flowing down to the floor from one spot on the roof. Yes the condensation

Update: My experience with their customer service was mixed. They are receptive to schedule your container and service according to your needs, but be sure to read your contact thoroughly before signing. Plans change and in the contract it states you may be subject to a $300 termination fee. I called less than 24hrs after scheduling and a week prior to the service start date and was told I needed to provide notice via email and would be subject to the cancellation. It was only after I left a bad review that they called me back to say that they *might* be able to waive the cancellation fee *if* they found another renter and If I would take down the bad review. The service rep also seemed confused as to why I was critical of them when, in his words, they hadn’t provided a service yet..

We've used UNITs a couple times now. Once for a week long storage and now for 6 months for 2 16' foot units. Both times they've been incredibly responsive and helpful. Not a single item was damaged and the units were placed and picked up as if by magic. THANK YOU!!!

I called them at 9:15 am and had a 16 ft container by noon the same day! I was super impressed with the robotic delivery system, a robot thingy (for lack of better term) was able to shimmy it down my driveway- something PODS CAN'T do! Unit is super sparkly clean, and the delivery guy was the nicest ever "Jimmy"--Thanks! I already referred this place to two realtor friends.
