Universal 1 Repair

Our three year old LG washing machine exploded. We went through American Home Shield for warranty service so we didn’t have a choice in who we used. They told AHS that we overloaded our machine so it shouldn’t be covered. We were washing a blanket that I’ve washed weekly and never had this problem before. I would absolutely not recommend this company. They don’t know what they’re doing.

When AHS assigned this company to fix our dishwasher and washer/dryer, I was very apprehensive after seeing the reviews here. I'm happy to report that we had a fantastic experience. The dispatch scheduler was friendly and accommodating, and Kyle the technician was pleasant, knowledgable and efficient. My suggestion is to give them a chance with an open mind, you may be pleasantly surprised!

DESPICABLE! I am a disabled woman and had one of the worst experiences since I became disabled 15 years ago! A nice young lady called me yesterday to schedule an appointment between 7 and 11 AM and that I will be there first customer for their repair. I advised her that I was disabled and I would need them to come after 11 AM. She said that she would call me in 2 to 3 weeks when an afternoon appointment opened up. Today, I received a phone call from the owner or manager, whoever he was who was rude, argumentative, and basically called me a liar when I advised him that I was told something different from the young lady who I spoke to the day before. He began yelling at me saying that she did not tell me that. I asked him if he spoke to her about what she told me, and he basically threatene

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. They came out for an American Home Shield call for my refrigerator. The technician said they would order the part and call in a few days. They never called, I called and left them messages. They never returned calls. Then when I called AHS they said that the tech said it was “pre-existing” issue which the tech never told and isn’t true. I asked them to tell me how they determined that. Because I was asking questions they refused to complete the service. The most unprofessional company ever and would never recommend.

Don't trust these guys. They are liars. They agreed to come out and repair my microwave, took a deposit, told me parts were ordered, sent me a survey asking for positive feedback (so they could try to keep my money) then ghosted me. Their voicemail greeting is 3 months old and sometimes does not even work.
