Lady who answers the phone cuts you off, is rude. Tries to make it look like you ordered wrong part. And they sell low quality parts at high quality prices. I paid $244.00 roughly before shipping and the photos will show their quality assurance isn't par. Decided to merge my old compressor with new one to temp my issues. Definitely never using UAC again.
Our company has been doing business with this place for years fast friendly service very knowledgeable individuals I would definitely recommend this place.
The receptionist wasn't helpful; simply said they don't sell to public, and couldn't give me any actual shops that sell their parts. Don't waste your time coming out to this place.
Bad customer service they never have your parts ready.
