Ryan at Universal Appliance went above and beyond to help me get a new washer and dryer installed in a tricky setup. He actually FaceTimed me at my home and spoke directly with the installation crew beforehand to make sure they could handle the complex installation - that level of care and attention really stood out. On installation day, the crew was fantastic. They were thorough, professional, and kept everything neat. The machines are working perfectly. Really impressed with the whole experience. After waiting for 5 weeks for an Appliance order from a Big Box Retailer that never materialized, we turned to Universal Appliance in Santa Clarita. Right from the start we had a much better experience at Universal. They have a beautiful showroom and large selection. In our case we knew what we wanted for our Wall Oven, Stove-top and Range Hood, but despite that Ryan the store Mgr spent a couple of hours with us explaining the features of all the appliances. Ryan and Chris made sure that they could deliver the order by Thanksgiving which was now just a couple of weeks away. To their word the delivery and installation arrived the Monday before Thanksgiving day. Getting to do a review pretty late, but my experience here was fantastic. Ryan McElroy was there to help me along with my order. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different appliances. I had some appliances in mind and Ryan helped me get them on order and answered any questions and concerns I had. Ryan helped coordinate the drop off of the appliances and made sure we got quality products. A fridge had some damage and he offered to get a new one on order. I opted to have a technician come out and replace the dented door. I'll definitely recommend reaching out to him if they need any appliances.
